Translation:

Don, Don, Don, Don!

CHORUS A:
-----------------------------------------------
Salió el sol oh ol...
Cuerpo bronceado y sus amigas buscaban acción
La canción...
Que causa en ellas y sus cuerpos esa sensación
Reggaeton oh on...
Piden Reggaeton...
Del mejor...
Sientan la presión

The sun appeared eh eared...
Bronzed body and her friends were seeking action
The song...
What causes in them and their bodies that sensation
Reggaeton oh on...
They ask for reggaeton...
Of the best...
Feel the pressure
-----------------------------------------------

Ella baila hasta sola
Como grande mueve la cola
La la vuela con rola
Dale sin miedo rompe la consola
La pistola, chambonea

She dances even by herself
She moves her tail like she's the center
La la she flies with a twirl
Go on without fear, break the table
The pistol, she wins with a stroke of luck

Ella lo vuelve loco como se menea
Bailando pura candela
Lo vuelve loco cuando se acelera
Y pela

She makes him crazy the way she shakes herself
Dancing just like a candle
She makes him crazy when she accelerates
And she burns

CHORUS B:
----------------------------------------------------
Y yo quiero saber como es que baila la Julieta
Y yo quiero saber como es que baila la Julieta
Julieta baila sexy con la mano en la cabeza
Julieta baila sexy con la mano en la cabeza

And I want to know how Juliet dances
And I want to know how Juliet dances
Juliet dances sexy with her hand on her head
Juliet dances sexy with her hand on her head
----------------------------------------------------

[CHORUS A, "Salió el sol, oh ol..."]

Va en su viaje (Déjala)
No amarra fuego (De la la)
Se soltó el pelo (Mándala)
Se rompió el traje (Contrólala)

She's on her voyage (Leave her alone)
Don't tie down fire (De la la)
She let her hair loose (Send her / Order her)
She ripped her clothes (Control her)

Lo de ella es playa y arena
Se excita cuando el sol la quema
Quiere Reggaeton
Se escapa la nena
[*nena is a term used for young girls]
Se le mete la pena
Cuando el negro suena

This of hers is beach and sand
She gets excited when the sun burns her
She wants reggaeton
The little chick escapes
Embarrasement got to her
When the black sounds out

[CHORUS B, "Y yo quiero saber como es que baila la Julieta..."]

[CHORUS A, "Salió el sol, oh ol..."]

Translation Notes:

Salió el sol = lit. The sun came out
---

Cuerpo bronceado y sus amigas buscaban acción
Bronzed body and her friends were seeking action

Alternative found in internet:
Cuerpo bronceado y sus amigas estaban en acción
Bronzed body and her friends were in action
---

Como grande mueve la cola
She moves her tail like she's the center

That's a heavily interpreted translation and I'm not happy with it.

It is literally: Like a big one she moves her tail.

Big? Like she's important? Like she's a big girl (a woman)? It's ambiguous, so pick the one you like.
---

Vuela con rola
She flies with a twirl

The word rola is related to words like rulo (hair curler) and English "roller."
---

La pistola, chambonea.

The pistol, she wins with a stroke of luck.

Reference to Russian Roulette.
---

Y pela
And she burns

The verb pelar (to peel) is often used to describe very hot or very cold things.
---

Se le mete la pena
Embarrasement got to her

pena = shame, embarrasement (she became self-conscious)
---

Cuando el negro suena
When the black sounds out

Ambiguous. My translation may be edited in the future. It means (1) a black guy sings or makes music, or (2) a black guy speaks to her. I'm guessing Don Omar is referring to himself.
