I used to listen to Selena when I was in elementary school. She was so popular and so great, and then she met a tragic end. When they were making a movie about her life, the open casting for the role of Selena drew crowds of over 20,000 hopefuls. I had not translated her songs before because the internet already had other translations [like here and here], but I figure... what's one more?
