Translation:

----------------------------------
Live introduction:

And this is for all those who say:
"If I had this, if I had that other thing, if I had that there,
If I had him, if I had her, if I had everyone,
Then I would be happy."
----------------------------------

Si pudiera yo tenerte aquí
Hablándome de nada
Y cuánto más y cuánto más,
Seguro es lo que me falta.

If I could have you here
Talking to me about sweet nothings [*lit. Talking to me about nothing]
And how much more, and how much more,
Surely that is what I need.

If I could recover what I could not get
Because there was no more left,
Because I arrived too late,
Surely it’s around there, aaah~

Tiempo suficiente me falla cada vez.
Vida suficiente me falla otra vez.

Enough time, it fails me every time.
Enough life, it fails me once again.

If I only had a place
To express my needs
And (if) someone listened to what I have in here, that would be...

Ah, ah, ah-ah, ah. (x2)

If I had the respect of those who
Do not take me into consideration,
If they only saw what I am capable of,
That is what I need. [*lit. That is what I lack.]
Ah, ah, ah-ah, ah. (x2)

Seguro así sería feliz.
Tiempo suficiente me falla cada vez.
Vida suficiente me falla otra vez.

Surely then I would be happy.
Enough time, it fails me every time.
Enough life, it fails me once again.

If only I had the color of those who seem to enjoy (life),
If he himself were to paint me, it seems to be around the corner.

Si pudiera tenerte aqui
Hablandome de nada
Y cuánto más y cuánto más,
Seguro es lo que me falta.
Ah, ah ah ah, ah (x2)

If I could have you here
Talking to me about sweet nothings
And how much more, and how much more,
Surely that is what I need.
Ah, ah ah ah, ah (x2)

Seguro así sería feliz,
Si (sólo) pudiera recuperar,
Si sólo tuviera un lugar.

Surely then I would be happy,
If (only) I could recover (it),
If I only had a place.

Tiempo suficiente me falla cada vez.
Vida suficiente me falla otra vez.
(x3)

Enough time, it fails me every time.
Enough life, it fails me once again.
(x2)

Seguro así sería feliz.

Surely then I would be happy.

Translation Notes:

Tiempo suficiente me falla cada vez.
Vida suficiente me falla otra vez.

Time enough, it fails me every time.
Life enough, it fails me once again.

Alternatively:
Enough time, it fails me every time.
Enough life, it fails me once again.

Alternatively:
Sufficient time fails me every time.
Sufficient life fails me once again.

Pick your favorite!

I think she is saying that she does not have enough time or enough life. She is running out, thus it is failing her.

---

If only I had the color of those who seem to enjoy (life)

I was thinking about what "color" might mean in this line because it is a bit ambiguous. I don't think that "color" refers to skin color here because nothing in the rest of the song suggests social commentary. It is a very inward song, about internal rather than external problems, and Julieta seems to be suggesting to her audience in the introduction that the voice of this song would be happier if they did not require so many conditions for their happiness. In Spanish like English, having "color" can also refer to rosy cheeks (a sign of health) and bright clothes (a possible indication of a bright personality), and I think this is what the line means.

---

If he himself were to paint me, it seems to be around the corner.

I think "it" means the way to happiness, with él (he) possibly referring to Él (He): God.
