Translation:

To live every day as if it were the first
And if it is my last day even then it would be the first.

Ser feliz para mí es éste momento.
Abrir mi ventana, sentir el viento,
Perder el aliento.

To be happy for me means this moment.
Open my window, feel the wind,
Lose my breath.

To live by the sweat of one’s work, to feel the course of things whatever the impulse,
It’s true course, my natural thirst to devour life,
To reach the pit, to begin again my battle. [*cuesco (noun, m.) = the pit in the middle of stone fruit]

To live every day as if it were one’s favorite day,
The colors of objects take on a different aspect.

When you embrace your people, love, the best nutrient,
Breath, I wished to see the composition differently.

To sit in the park, to eat chocolate,
To feel that inside you is a strong heart that beats.

For me, to be happy means this...
To be talking with you in the middle of the universe,
To throw ourselves on the grass, imagining figures,
Cotton balls of clouds, laughing at all our lunacies.

La sonrisa ancha y el pecho abierto.
Sabiendo que nos podemos ir,
Todo es tan incierto.

The wide smile and the open chest.
Knowing that we could leave,
Everything is so uncertain.

[*mistranscribed first word?]

That’s why, living every day as if it were the last.
United, I smoke it, I absorb it, I toss it (back).
To drink life like a cluster of wine.
To be happy is now, and today I am going to live it.

Chorus:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

(x2)

Being with you for me means humanity.
It is a present (moment) that reminds me of humanity.
To live every moment is simply humanity,
Because I am part of everything and (part) of this humanity.
(x2)

(x2)

Life is already leaving us, life (is) an eternity.
To be happy is now, with you I want nothing else
Than to live every moment, every instant
As if it were this present humanity.
(x2)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

To live every day as if it were important.
To live in the present, devoted to any instant.
To live in our heads with these details
That we were erasing and that made us distant.

That’s why, today I only want to sit down with you as family,
Leave problems behind,
Laugh together about life,
Tell you my anecdotes about childhood,
The ones that remind us of the simplicity of temperance.

De esa unión que tenemos imborrable,
De ése amor invencible, humano innegable.

Of that indelible union that we have,
Of that invincible love, undeniably human.

So that’s why today I just want to live the day
And take advantage of it as if it were my last day.

[Chorus: "Estar contigo para mí es humanidad..."]

[Repeat first verse of chorus: "Estar contigo para mí es humanidad..."]

Translation Notes:

It’s true course, my natural thirst to devour life.

This line might be mistranscribed. I’m not sure if "sed" is correct. Most places have "natural mi ser de," but that sounds even more wrong.

---

To reach the pit, to begin again my contest.

cuesco (noun, m.) = the pit in the middle of stone fruit

partida (noun, f.) = (1) game, match, contest; (2) battle, challenge, match
Translating to "game" makes the line sound too trivial. I think that Ana means to get to the end of a challenge and begin a new one.

---

Vivir a pulso
To live by one's own hard work
To live by the sweat of one’s work [*alt.]
To live by the pulse [*lit.]

From Collins dictonary:
idiom: ganar(se) algo a pulso (= con esfuerzo) "to get sth through one's own hard work" (= con dificultad) "to get sth the hard way"

idiom: hacer algo a pulso (= sin ayuda) "to do sth without help from anyone"

---

La sonrisa ancha y el pecho abierto.
The wide smile and the open chest.
The smile, wide; the chest, open. [*alt. syntax]

Also note that el pecho (the chest) is sometimes a euphemism for "the heart." I think that is the case here.

---

To drink life like a cluster of wine.

The more common expression is un racimo de uvas (a cluster of grapes).
